Targa Telematics, one of the world’s leading players in AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) for the development of digital solutions and platforms for connected mobility, announces it has reported revenues of €125 million for 2025, representing a 10% year-on-year growth, and EBITDA of approximately €30 million.
Following the successful integration of Viasat Group and the subsequent rebranding process, which led to the adoption of the Targa Telematics brand for all international subsidiaries, the company aims to further accelerate growth in 2026, with revenues projected to increase by 12%. This is driven by a stable Italian market and a 35% increase resulting from the strong performance in some international markets.
The company’s international activities now account for approximately 25% of total revenues. With a deep footprint in Europe and operations in Chile and several African countries, the company can deliver projects in global markets through dedicated local teams.
“The acquisition of Viasat Group, completed in 2023, represented a strategic milestone in Targa Telematics’ growth journey. The integration of nine companies enabled us to significantly expand our scale, international reach and capabilities across key market segments,” said Nicola De Mattia, CEO and co-founder of Targa Telematics. “The completion of this process has resulted in the creation of a European leader in AIoT applied to the automotive sector, with a strong presence across the continent and the technological capabilities required to support customers in the digital transformation of fleets at an international level.”
In its latest Fleet Management report, leading analyst and consulting firm Berg Insight ranked Targa Telematics, which recorded an active installed base of approximately 900,000 connected vehicles at the end of 2024, as the largest vendor in the European market for fleet management solutions. The company has confirmed its position as the European leader in fleet management for the third consecutive year, reinforcing its role as a key player in the digital transformation of mobility in Europe.
Targa Telematics has also consolidated its positioning in the insurance sector. The company has secured first place in the European ranking of fleet Usage-Based Insurance (UBI) providers published in the latest UBI Global Study – the most comprehensive report on the global connected auto insurance market – by PTOLEMUS Consulting Group. The recognition highlights the maturity of Targa Telematics’ crash detection and claims management tools, further establishing the company as a leading partner for insurers looking to strengthen their commercial motor and UBI capabilities.
