Sci Club Druscié is one of the most active and successful organizations on the Italian alpine skiing scene. Its operations require efficient management of daily travel across ski slopes and resorts, involving around 150 athletes and their technical staff.
The goal
The club managed a mixed fleet of rented, long-term leased, and owned vehicles. The main challenges included:
