Targa Telematics, one of the world’s leading players in AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) for the development of digital solutions and platforms for connected mobility, announces that it has further strengthened its support for fleet maintenance with Maintenance Excellence, an innovative Agentic AI-powered solution.

Maintenance Excellence helps overcome information fragmentation by integrating data from telematics devices, OEM systems and external platforms into a single interoperable ecosystem that monitors vehicle health in real time. The solution detects early signs of wear or anomalies, schedules maintenance activities, and routes tasks and approvals to the appropriate stakeholders, continuously assessing the operational performance of the entire process.

Additional evidence further highlights the benefits of applying AI to maintenance. According to Targa Telematics Observatory, AI can reduce maintenance costs by up to 30% while cutting fleet downtime by 13%.
